Oz Range Weaved Grating
We design and manufacture the Oz range locally here in Melbourne ensuring fast turnaround and strict adherence to our tried and true manufacturing processes.
Our Oz range has been designed to minimize blockage from street debris and leaves whilst allowing maximum water flow and retaining maximum strength and durability.
We can manufacture to all sizes and any strength rating to suit your needs. Larger span multipart grating can be made with removable beams for added strength.
All grates can be made lockdown for security or hinged if required.
Replacement Grates
We fabricate replacements weave pattern grates to most sizes and load ratings in cases where original grates are failing or are not meeting the load rating required.
In the below example we replaced four grates with an overall span of 1300mm x 2000mm after the wrong grates were installed and failed on a site exposed to heavy truck traffic.
Inverted Drop in (Box) Grates
We can manufacture drop in inverted weaved grates to suit any existing pit and to any strength rating. These are an excellent solution for replacing a failing pit lid or cover without ripping up the concrete
